Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tbsp. Butter
- 3 Ribs Celery
- 4-5 Large Carrots
- 1 Medium Chopped Onion
- 10 c. of chicken stock or both (homemade is the best!)
- 2 tbsp. Lizzy B’s Grandpa Dave’s Original
- 3 c. of Egg Noodles or Other Pasta Choice
- 3 c. of Cooked Chicken Chopped or Shredded (smoked, baked, or rotisserie are great choices)
- 1 c. Other Vegetables of Your Choice (Optional)
Instructions:
Add butter, diced celery, onions, and carrots to a large stock pot over medium-high heat. Sauté for 3 minutes. Add chicken stock and season with Lizzy B’s Grandpa Dave’s Original Seasoning. Bring broth to a boil and add the noodles, chicken, and vegetables. Cook until noodles or vegetables are done. Be careful not to overcook the noodles, as you don’t want them too mushy. If you want to keep it keto, substitute the noodles with 3-4 cups of veggies. You can use any combination of the following vegetables: broccoli, green beans, tomato, cauliflower, spinach, cabbage, peas, corn, mushrooms, zucchini, or any other vegetable you like.
